People, roles and privacy

Who can see your space #

SettingWho can look
PrivateMembers only (new spaces start here)
LinkAnyone with the link
FriendsYour friends
PublicAnyone, and it's listed in Explore

And how people join: invite only, ask to join (you approve and pick their role), or open.

Roles #

You name the roles (coach, player, parent, staff, VIP). Each role gets some of seven permissions: view, post, play, add records, edit anyone's records, invite, and manage the space. The owner always has everything.

Hiding pages and parts #

Any page or part can be shown to some roles only, or to people with a level or badge ("Gold and up", "verified"). Hidden things never reach other people's phones, and neither does the data behind them.

Invites #

Make an invite link with a role, limit how many times it can be used, or revoke it.

Add Invites and referrals, and everyone gets their own invite code and QR to share. You can reward people who bring friends with coins (never real money). Rewards wait a day after someone joins, and by default the coins can be spent in the space but not sent to someone else, so nobody can farm them with fake accounts.

Report and block #

Report and Block are in every post menu, people list and profile. A report goes to the space's moderators, and serious ones to Zvessa too. Blocking someone works everywhere: neither of you sees the other's posts or can message, call or follow the other. Add Moderation for a Safety page with the review queue and a word filter. The AI can show you the queue, but only a person decides what happens.

Kids spaces #

A kids space stays private and invite-only. Kids can only message, friend or call people who share a kids space with them, and only the owner can open the space up. The AI keeps everything kid-safe.
